If you're looking for a comfortable and calm place to stay, in the middle of the city, in which you can rest or work in a home environment, the Mar y Vista Apartment is your best choice. It is very suitable for both businessmen and tourists.

With a privileged ocean view, the Mar y Vista Apartment has a comfortable living and dining room, with furniture of rustic style (in leather and wood), and a balcony to enjoy even more the view. The living room has heater, wireless telephone, LCD television with CATV (with more than 90 channels), and a DVD/CD/USB player to enjoy your videos or favorite music.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, blender, bread toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, citrus juicer. Included are complete sets of pots, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. You will have all you need so that you and your guests will sit to enjoy the dinner.

It has two bedrooms: the main one, with ocean view, private bathroom and Queen Size bed, and the second one with a single bed. Both bedrooms have closets and bedside tables, and a complete set of linens and towels. The main bathroom is between both bedrooms.

There is a study room with desk and file cabinet. Also it can be arranged, at request, as an extra mini-bedroom. The laundry room (that also has a small bathroom) is equipped with washing machine, drying machine, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools.

The apartment has Wireless Internet, so feel free to bring your laptop, notebook or PDA and surf the web anytime you like. Basic utilities and phone service for unlimited incoming calls are also included. Mar y Vista has its own parking inside the building and a 24/7 building receptionist.
